Don’t let the end of your year go to waste. You still have valuable time to start or maybe finish something.

Here are 10 things you could do before the year is over:

  1. Finish Something – Maybe that book you was excited to read; the cleaning of your closet that you’ve been procrastinating since August or what about in your job, that undone work that will just create even more work upon your return from the Holidays. Close out those tasks before a brand new year comes to bring you fresh air.
  2. Work When Others Aren’t – The workplace is less busy during the end of the year, take advantage of the empty office environment and maximize your productivity by putting in order all the paperwork.
  3. Start Something – Open a new bank account just for travels and start saving for a unforgettable and well deserve vacation next year. Don’t wait for the New Year to begin something new, today you can start a new family or friend’s tradition. Maybe it is a new goal or project, get a head start now .
  4. Do Something You’ve Been Putting Off – Pick something that has been on your Someday-Maybe list and do it before the year’s over. A good idea will be a new look. Nothing is fresher than a new haircut or style for the upcoming year.
  5. Do Something You Have Always Wanted to Do – Following the idea of doing something you’ve been putting off comes the do something you’ve always wanted to do. If you like the idea of trying a new look, why don’t you try cutting your hair and donate it to cancer societies. If you like something more extreme jumping out of a plane with a parachute sounds pretty exciting. Yell to 2017 you are coming stronger and braver
  6. Plan a Goal – Don’t wait until twelve o’clock to plot out your next big goal. Use some of the downtime to design your future in this very moment. A good idea is to create a visualization map. Write down all the amazing things you want to accomplish next year.
  7. Workout – Don’t wait until after the holidays to start your fitness routine. Hit the gym today; maybe the love of your life, your next boss or business partner is by the treadmill machine.
  8. Catch Up – Nothing creates more stress than being behind. Use the final time of the year to clean up your to do list by paying bills and getting ready for the tax season.
  9. Review Your Year – What did you accomplish this year? Look back with perspective on your wins and losses. Give thanks for the blessings a keep in mind no to repeat the things you regret.
  10. Look Ahead –Live for today, but look ahead to what can be tomorrow. Be positive but realistic. Stick to the plan but break the rules once in a while. Give yourself a chance to start all over again without complications.
