Adamari López welcomed her first baby Alaïa Costa-López on March 4, 2015. López, who underwent a successful partial mastectomy as well as chemotherapy after being diagnosed with Stage I cancer in 2005, refers to her baby girl as “a miracle of God.”

Alaïa’s birth brought immense joy to Adamari and her partner Toni Costa, who have even created an Instagram profile for the 3-months-old baby girl where they document her “firsts” and other important events in her life.

Adamari recently traveled to México to be Angélica Vale’s son, Danico, Godmother at his Baptism. The event made the headlines after Vale officially asked López to be her “comadre” on her Twitter account.

During her visit at The Basilica of Our Lady Guadalupe in Mexico City, the “Un Nuevo Día” host took the opportunity to pray and ask “La Virgen de Guadalupe” to grant her the wish of being a mom for a second time.

In an interview with the Mexican press Adamari mentions, “I’m not on birth control, or anything.” Even though there are no suspicions of pregnancy or baby on the way just yet, she confesses it would be a blessing to have another boy or girl, “If a boy comes next that would be great, but whatever the sex is, he/she will be welcomed.”

We hope “La Virgencita” was listening because Toni and Adamari did a very good job the first time, just take a look at this little bundle of joy!
