French actor, Alain Delon, has spoken out and weighed in on the controversial subject of same-sex couples adopting children while appearing on a French talk show. When asked for his opinion on the matter of prohibiting gay couples adopting he replied saying, "Yes, it is against nature, I'm sorry. We are here to love a woman, to woo a woman, not to flirt with or get picked up by guys." Delon clarified he is not opposed to same-sex marriage, but his opinion is exclusively on the prohibition of adopting. "I'm not against again married, I do not give a damn, but I am against the adoption of children."

When the television presenters advised the actor that they were receiving a slew of angry Tweets, he said, "What I do not want is for them to adopt. But we will not discuss it for hours, or it becomes a different issue."

Madonna, who is pro-gay rights, is a fan of Delon. The megastar even dedicated a song to him on her latest MDNA album, "Beautiful Killer." "I’ve seen every movie Alain Delon’s ever made. He’s so charismatic," Madge told the Los Angeles Times in an interview in 2012. We would love to know what the singer thinks about Alain's thoughts now.
