It's always a good day if you're "doing your thing" and all of the sudden you realize that Ryan Gosling is only a few feet away from you.

Then you start playing it cool, trying not to seem too crazy, figuring out when's the best time to approach him without looking too desperate, and making sure you have your camera ready so you wouldn't miss this amazing opportunity.

Finally you start getting closer and closer, until you forget everything you just plotted in your head and start screaming like a little girl in front of this perfectly sculpted body, and throw yourself at him pushing whoever tries to get in your way. Yes, that's the Ryan Gosling effect.

There's only one small little detail I forgot to mention. This Ryan Gosling we're talking about was actually Doug Labadie, a tax accountant who happens to look very much like the gorgeous actor.

That's right. People in Detroit were pranked, and pranked hard by 95.5 FM's "Mojo In The Morning" show, who took advantage that the real actor is in town filming his directorial debut "How To Catch A Monster" and dressed up Doug with the "Gosling Uniform," a hoodie and sunglasses.

Doug and the crew strolled down the streets of Detroit looking very professional and looking as if they were really doing some pre-production work, igniting many tears of joy and excitement among the crowd. You can see some of those Gosling-driven-emotions in the work of Jacquelyn Johnson, who was the official photographer of the prank, and kindly let us share her work.

We got to say, "Lyin' Gosling" was a total pro and never lost his cool. Unfortunately for the ladies, he's engaged to a "very beautiful girl."

Watch here the video that "Mojo In The Morning" posted on YouTube and let us know if you think Doug would've fooled you.
