Beyoncé was on the exclusive invite list for Kim Kardashian's "garden chic" baby shower, however she couldn't attend due to her "Mrs. Carter World Tour." But as Beyoncé and Jay-Z are apparently very good gift givers, even if they couldn't be there to celebrate! According to an anonymous source, Beyoncé and Jay-Z gifted Kim and Kanye West with a Swarovski crystal high chair. And even better yet, Blue Ivy Carter has a matching one!
The source stated, "Beyoncé and Jay-Z gave Kim a Swarovski crystal-studded high chair, designed by Carla Monchen. They had a similar one for their daughter Blue Ivy."
The price of such an extravagant gift, a mere $11,800. Nearly $12,000 for a high chair!
Sunday's Mirror, a UK publication, also reported that Beyonce's good friend Gwenyth Paltrow was also invited to Kardashian's baby shower, but also didn't attend.
Paltrow however, sent out a more affordable gift, a Vitamix blender and a 21-day cleanse to help Kardashian get back into shape after giving birth. Seems a little bit rude to us, but apparently the two women share a trainer.
