'Revenge' Season 3 Spoilers: New Trailer Shows Emily Getting Shot In A Wedding Dress In 'Fear' [VIDEO]

Emily Van Camp returns as protagonist Emily Throne for Season 3 of ABC's "Revenge."

A new trailer for Season 3 of "Revenge" has been released and its looks like the premiere is going to start with a bang! The new trailer begins with a scan of a Hamptons sunrise and an ominous voice that states, "If there's one thing you need to know about the season premiere of 'Revenge,' this is it." The screen then cuts to a radiant Emily Throne on the top of a yacht in a wedding dress. Emily is accessorized in pearls and carrying a glass of champagne, she is apologizing seemingly sincerely to an unknown person. Then the protagonist gets shot twice in the stomach, tearing through the chiffon and sending her flying off the edge of the yacht into the ocean. "And that's just in the first 60 seconds," the narrator continues.

Emily Van Camp who portrays Emily Throne on "Revenge" revealed to ETOnline that in Season 3 her character is, moving along full swing with her wedding plans to Daniel, played by real-life boyfriend Josh Bowman. Actually, our big flash-forward this year is the wedding. I'm standing there in a wedding dress and all I'm saying is the first episodes of Season 3 might be the beginning of the end for Emily Thorne."

Who could have shot Emily? Who would Emily ever be genuinely apologizing to? In the brief clip it looks like Emily is secluded from the prying eyes of the Hamptonites meaning that she was attempting to have a sincere conversation, could it be Aiden or Nolan? Maybe even Jack? There are only a few characters who know who Emily Thrones really is.

In the rest of the trailer we see Nolan enter what appears to be Daniel and Emily's wedding with a jet pack, Emily and Jack making out (YES!), and Conrad Grayson collapsing at a party. Then we hear the voice of Victoria Grayson say, "You have no idea what you've done." So much happening in this soap opera it's amazing!

"Revenge" Season 3 premieres Sunday, September 29 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
