Looks like gamers may actually get to play "Grand Theft Auto Online," at least for the PlayStation 3 anyway. Rockstar Games announced they aimed to have updates ready on Friday that fix the most common problems players have reported, which included everything from: Occasional "Rockstar Cloud Servers Unavailable" error message, freezing sometimes while loading into first race in "GTA Online," intermitten "Failed to Host GTA Online Session" error message," Failed to start error and much more. Well luckily for PS3 gamers it looks like that update is live. "The latest title update for GTA Online is live for PlayStation 3. We're working to have this up for Xbox 360 as soon as possible today." Currently, the update, which downloads automatically when "GTA V" loads, is only available to PlayStation 3 owners, but an Xbox 360 version is expected later today. Until then, players are being offered different solutions for the issue. But with so many different players are reporting issues from the inability to progress past the tutorial races to being held at load screens for substantial amounts of time, it's hard for Rockstar to pinpoint the problem.

The launch issue for "GTA Online" were expected before the release last week. Rockstar said players should expect various "growing pains," including crashes, glitches, "crazy bugs," and gameply modes and mechanics that need rebalancing. Rockstar knew the issues were inevitable due to the massive nature of an open-world game and the many "GTA" fans out there.

Rockstar is desperate to get the online mode for "GTA" up and running before the weekend, but as of now it only looks as if the PS3 version is in good standing.

We will keep you updated as more develops.
