"Game of Thrones" actress Natalie Dormer will return to CBS before the end of season two of "Elementary." Dormer first appeared on "Elementary" on the finale episode of season one. Her character, Irene Adler was revealed to actually be Moriarty. Sherlock was in love with Irene and when he learned that his love was really a coldblooded killer, who was perhaps smarter and cleverer than he is, Sherlock was devastated. Dormer's appearance on the second season of "Elementary" was confirmed in NYC on October 5 at the PaleyFest panel.

There is not a lot of detail about how many episodes Dormer will return for or what capacity she'll interact with Sherlock. When the finale of season one aired Dormer told Access Hollywood she would be happy to return for another appearance if Rob Doherty, the show's executive producer had need of her. "All I can say is I am on this side of the Atlantic. I have to be because of 'Thrones.' Shooting on 'Thrones' begins in July, but it's serendipity that I'm on the right side of the Atlantic in case Rob wanted to use me again."

"So, who knows? I can't say enough positive things about how much I enjoyed being a part of the 'Elementary' family for the time that I was. So, I would always be open to the idea of working with that fantastic cast and with Rob again, definitely," Dormer told Access Hollywood. Natalie Dormer plays Margery Tyrell on the hit HBO series "Game of Thrones." Dormer will also appear in the next two "Hunger Games" films, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" parts one and two.

Natalie Dormer also appeared alongside Olivia Wilde and Chris Hemmsworth in the new movie "Rush." Dormer first became popular in the United States when she played Anne Boleyn on the hit Showtime series "The Tudors." "Man of Steel" Henry Cavil also starred along side Natalie Dormer in "The Tudors. Later this month Natalie Dormer will be honored alongside Alexander Payne and Terence Stamp at the 2013 Savannah Film Festival. Dormer will receive the Discovery Award.
