"The Carrie Diaries" season 2 continues with episode 2 titled "Express Yourself." Last week we saw the introduction of Samantha Jones (Lindsey Gort) into Carrie's (AnnaSophia Robb) life and things got really interesting. The two meet up after Carrie tries to get into a club with no luck, when Bradshaw asks to speak with Donna Ladonna's cousin "Sam" she was expecting to see a boy. She finds out that the infamous Sam is none other than the woman bouncer (err, "keeper of the cool"). The two quickly make a connection when Samantha helps Carrie bust into her apartment after her "Carrie" purse gets stolen with her home keys inside. Now Samantha has quit her job at the night club and has nowhere to stay and decided to take up on Carrie's offer, crash at her place. What could possibly go wrong?

"Express Yourself" is the second episode of "The Carrie Diaries" season 2 and it was directed by "Clueless" hitmaker Amy Heckerling. Carrie and Walt (Brendan Dooling) are faced with kicking out their new roommate when she makes herself too comfortable. Walt summons the courage to tell Bennet (Jake Robinson) how he feels about him at his eighteenth birthday bash – at a VIP Z100 concert – but things go horribly awry before Bennet can respond. Samantha and Mouse (Ellen Wong) meet, and Samantha wastes no time giving Mouse sex tips. Back in Castlebury, Sebastian (Austin Butler) and Maggie (Katie Findlay) run into each other; and the evening doesn’t go exactly as planned when Tom (Matt Letscher) invites girlfriend Deb (Nadia Dajani) to spend the weekend with him.

"The Carrie Diaries" is a teen drama and a prequel to the television series "Sex And The City" based on the book by Candace Bushnell. The show focuses on a teenaged Carrie during her junior year of high school during the 80s and her first encounters with one of her biggest loves, Manhattan. The first season was received with mixed reviews and the ratings were not favorable either. To spice things up for its sophmore season, writers are introducing Jones into Carrie's life via a connection with nemesis Donna Ladonna. "The Carries Diaries" season 2 continues tonight on The CW at 8pm ET/PT. Episodes of the show are made available the following day via Hulu and the CW's website and mobile app. Watch a preview of "Express Yourself" down below and tell us what you think of this new season.
