'Sons of Anarchy' creator Kurt Sutter and a few of the cast members will be in Asbury Park, New Jersey on Nov. 10 for a benefit helping victims of Hurricane Sandy. Sutter will be there along with wife and "Sons of Anarchy" actress Katey Sagal (Gemma), actor Kim Coates (Tig) and actor Theo Rossi (Juice). Sutter is a native New Jersey man and said in a statement about the event that the people who were effected by Sandy still need help one year later.

"I grew up in Jersey, and the devastation from Hurricane Sandy is heartbreaking," Sutter said. "A year has passed and people still need our attention and support to rebuild." The "Sons For Sandy Relief" event will raise money to benefit both Staten Strong and the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. Staten Strong is an organization started to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy in the New York City borough. One of the organization's founders is "Sons of Anarchy actor Theo Rossi. A Staten Island native Rossi, is one of many people living in the borough who felt Staten Island was ignored by relief workers.

Rossi created Staten Strong with friends from his hometown. Those who attend the "Sons For Sandy Relief" will get to see an advanced screening of the latest "Sons of Anarchy" episode before it airs. Those who purchase VIP tickets will get to go to a reception with the cast members before the screening. One-hundred percent of ticket sales will be going to charity. Tickets are available at Brown Paper Tickets. "Sons of Anarchy" is currently in its sixth season, Kurt Sutter plans on ending the "SOA" story in its seventh season.

Sutter recently spoke at an Academy of Television Arts and Science event saying he would only extend "Sons of Anarchy" beyond seven seasons if he felt he could not finish the story and do the show justice. Sutter also explained that he would end the show in seven seasons so it does not become something it is not. "I knew that at some point the show ultimately begins to eat itself and becomes more expensive to make. So I thought if we could get a full run I could tell the story I wanted to tell in seven seasons," Sutter said.
