Zig Zag Curls

Hair crimping peaked in mainstream popularity during the mid-1980s. Then came back in 2007 and 2008 when Chanel use the hairstyle in one of their runways shows. We can see the trend here and there, but it seems to be coming back in 2017.

Last year we spotted Ariana Grande with crimped strands pulled up in her high-ponytail during the MTV Video Music Awards; also model Gigi Hadid snapped an Instagram of herself with the style, and fashion houses like Stella McCartney, Maison Margiela and Gucci send models down their runways sporting crimped hairstyles.

Glampalm USA is inviting us to embrace a look that's bold and unique using the zigzag styling irong. With the tool you can create unattainable and perfectly uniform, texturized waves for an avant-garde look.

Its safe rubber head protects from burning and expertly designed ceramic plates infused with Healing Stone Technology ensure a low hold time.

Hair artist Ariba Pervaiz, shared a crimping hair tutorial and the results are amazing. "Whaaaaat is this?! How fun is this Zig-Zag curling iron from @glampalmusa ?! I've never used anything like it. I was afraid my hair would get too frizzy if the curls opened up but it created such a unique texture!" wrote Pervaiz.

Another way to achieve perfect crinkle hair is using any braid technique. You basically braid the hair (humid or dry) in multiple strands, then after a few ours you can undo the braids and voilà!

Beauty vlogger Angela Lanter, filmed a video tutorial using the braiding methods and we want to share it with you.
