The Brangelina divorce saga is getting messy as the days go by. While the former couple recently seemed as if they had an agreement when it comes toward visitation with the kids, the agreement has crashed and burned any hopes of the custody settlement going smoothly. Angelina Jolie is ready to go to war for their children.

According to TMZ, Jolie is ready and willing to battle her estranged ex, Brad Pitt in court over custody of their children. Until the "Fight Club" star gets his act together, she only wants him to have monitored visitation with their six children.

The site reports that this past Friday, the 51-year-old actor has filed for joint custody of the kids. After learning the news, Jolie has asked the courts for primary physical custody, with Brad getting visitation but sources to the site revealed that she wants those visits monitored.

Since the L.A. County Department of Children And Family Services has stepped in to investigate Pitt after his confrontation with son Maddox, the "Maleficent" actress wants to stick to the agreement they had made originally.

Angelina sources tell the site that she ultimately wants the family repaired so she and Brad can resume a "normal" parenting regime, but until then she will fight hard for sole physical custody. She believes Brad has substance abuse and anger issues that must be addressed.

Although Pitt has filed for joint custody, California judges generally rule in favor of joint custody unless it proves harmful for the children. While Pitt is definitely trying his luck, his recent confrontation with Maddox and reports of his alleged abuse may very well work against him in court.

There is no word on if the two are trying to work out some type of agreement. This story is developing.
