Casey Anthony filed for bankruptcy protection in January after she claimed she has no income and could not pay her outstanding legal fees. Casey Anthony was also being sued by Zenadia Gonzalez and Roy Konk.

Accusations were made against both Konk and Gonzalez during the investigation and trial of Casey Anthony. When Anthony first spoke with police she told them her daughter was kidnapped by the nanny Zenadia Gonzalez.

Despite the fact Gonzalez never met Casey or Caylee she still received death threats calling her a baby killer. Roy Konk was the man that found the remains of Caylee Anthony in a wooded area near the Anthony home.

During the trail the defense made the claim that Konk may have been the one to kill Caylee saying, he found the remains to throw off police. This accusation also saw Konk plagued with death threats. Both parties sued Casey Anthony for defamation of character.

The Casey Anthony pregnant rumors began to swirl following the not guilty verdict of George Zimmerman. He is a Florida man who shot and killed a 17-year-old in February 2012. The jury seemed to believe the defendant's self-defense claim.

The verdict has many calling into question the Florida legal system. Protests have broken out nationwide saying Zimmerman got away with murder.
