Is it just me or does Chayanne strangely age backwards? At 47 years old, the Puerto Rican star looks exactly the same as when he played himself on the 1994 telenovela "Volver A Empezar" alongside Yuri.

It's amazing how he hasn't changed a bit, and is still the captivating boricua he's been since he embarked his extraordinary trajectory in the late '70s.

But let's cut to the chase, what's Chayanne's secret to aging so well and keeping in shape? Well, according to the singer, who kicks off his "En Todo Estare" tour on August 1st in Miami, Fla., he works out constantly.

"I prepare physically before, during and after. I work on my choreography more immediately before the tour. But everything else is a constant," he told Billboard. "It’s a way of life. I work out. I eat well. During the tour, it’s more intense. I do a combined very intense workout for an hour. I run. And in my room I work out with bands to stretch and tone. I train so I can feel good on stage."

Bendito Nene! Make sure to catch Chayanne in concert with his tour named after his latest studio album. The "Torero" singer will make pit stops in 17 cities, including Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Houston and Chicago.
