The most-awaited boxing match of the year quickly approaches as Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alvarez get ready to battle it out in the boxing ring. The Puerto Rican and Mexican athletes will face off for the middleweight world championship on November 21. One boxing aficionado who is looking forward for the fight is singer Pedro Capó, who was personally selected by Cotto to sing the island's National Anthem at the game.

"I'm very happy that Pedro Capó will accompany me on Nov. 21 in Las Vegas and that it will be his voice that delivers our national anthem of Puerto Rico. It's an honor for us," said Cotto in a statement. Capó, on the other hand, feels privileged with the opportunity at one of the biggest sporting events of the year.

"In the month of November, I'll be celebrating my birthday, my Latin Grammy nominations, and I'll close out the month like one can only dream, alongside our champion Miguel Cotto on Nov. 21 live on HBO Pay-Per-View," he said. "I feel like I'm at a beautiful place in my life right now. I couldn't be happier or more appreciative."

The Cotto vs. Canelo boxing game will air November 21st live from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on HBO Pay-Per-View.
