Daytime Emmy Awards 2015 Nominees: Raúl De Molina, Tanya Charry, ’El Gordo y La Flaca’ Score Nods, Plus Full List! DaytimeEmmys

The nominations for the 2015 Daytime Emmy Awards were announced today and we have the list here. Since last year, the Academy has included categories to award Spanish-language programming. "The growth of Spanish-language media over the last 50 years has been very closely followed by our organization," NATAS chairman Malachy Wienges said last year. "American television is changing at a rapid pace, driven by the growth of multicultural audiences who often speak more than one language. The Spanish-language media continues to grow exponentially each year, and NATAS believes it is long-overdue that we recognize its excellence in our industry."

During the 2014 event, Rodner Figueroa, the now infamous Univision "El Gordo y La Flaca" host won the accolade in the Outstanding Daytime Talent In Spanish category. This year, the Venezuelan personality was not nominated but the co-hosts of the Univision entertainment gossip are. Raúl De Molina, Carlos Calderón and Tanya Charry will duke it out for the accolade this year. In the Outstanding Morning Program In Spanish category, "Despierta América," "Un Nuevo Día" and "Café CNN" will fight for the emmy. The Univision and Telemundo breakfast shows were in a war last year as well with the award going to the latter. Take a look other nominations down below and tell us who you want to win!
