rather are a traditional part of Day of the Dead (Dia de Los Muertos) celebrations in Mexico.

We associate Halloween with horror and fear, but "Dia de Los Muertos" is to honor deceased relatives and friends, and is a bright, cheerful celebration even though it involves hanging out in a graveyard all night.

Decorating sugar skulls is a joyous activity that includes vibrant colors, rhinestones, flowers, crosses, and
