Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2017, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, will be one of the best shows ever as tons of people will come from all around the world to participate in this legendary tradition in New York City.

America's biggest celebration of the year will be a 5-and-a-half hour show, including great performances by some of our favorite artists and appearances of great celebrities and entertainers.

Superstar Mariah Carey, multiplatinum band DNCE, and Country singer Thomas Rhett will be live from the Big Apple Stage bringing us great music and positive vibes to receive 2017. The most special performance of the night will be when Latin legend Gloria Estefan takes the stage to perform a medley of her greatest hits along the “On Your Feet” musical cast.

In addition to these performances, actress and comedian Jenny McCarthy will report live from Times Square while superstar Fergie returns to host the Billboard Hollywood Party. This special show from Los Angeles will also have some other performances including Fifth Harmony, Niall Horan, Shawn Mendes, Emeli Sande, Lukas Graham, Kid Ink, Ty Dolla $ign, Bebe Rexha, Alessia Cara, Hailee Steinfeld , Martin Garrix, John Legend on a live broadcast from St. Barts, Mike Posner,G-Eazy and Flo Rida with Macy Kate.

The New Year’s Eve ball descended at midnight in 1907. Since that year, this is a tradition where people get together with the only common purpose of welcoming this next 12 months of life and new adventures. This year's Times Square ball, illuminated by thousands of LED lights, weighs 11,875 pounds.
