"El Chapo" Guzmán's sons have supposedly made threats via their Twitter accounts following the capture of their father. Alfredo and Iván Guzmán, who claim to be the sons of the notorious Sinaloa Cartel leader have taken to Twitter to threaten the people responisble for their father's capture. They both indicated that they are "awaiting orders" from their father. The tweets came from accounts @_AlfredoGuzman_ and @IvanArchivaldo, who claim to be the sons of "El Chapo" and assure followers that there will be revenge.

Alfedo and Iván Guzmán have been very outspoken on Twitter in support of their father, if indeed these are their actual Twitter accounts. "The Government is going to pay for this betrayal, it shouldn't have bitten off more than it could chew," tweeted Alfredo. "I just want to say that we are not beaten. The cartel is my father's and will always be my father's. GUZMAN LOERA FOREVER." Meanwhile Ivan wrote "those dogs that dared to lay a hand on my father are going to pay."

"El Chapo" Guzmán's son's have developed quite the Twitter following, with over 20K followers each. They regularly post pictures of themselves with expensive guns, private planes, wads of cash and other extravagancies. They have both tweeted regluarly that this is not the end of the Sinaloa Cartel and that they are merely awaiting orders from their father as to what to do next.
