Reality star Evelyn Lozada has bounced back from her high-profile marriage and divorce from former NFLer Chad Ochocinco. The two who dated back when she was on "Basketball Wives LA" ended things once the relationship turned violent. Now years after her attack, the reality star is speaking out about the struggles of domestic violence.

According to TMZ, Evelyn Lozada is guest hosting "The Real" this week and on today's show the starlet opened up about her past domestic violence incident. The star who had only spoke out about the incident once with Iyanla Vanzant has decided to open up to the ladies who spoke about the dangers of domestic violence relationships.

In her ordeal, the star got into an argument with her ex-husband Ochocinco and not being able to handle a verbal disagreement they were having snapped. The NFLer proceeded to headbut the reality star leaving a bloody gash and her having to be rushed to the hospital.

While talking about the incident a visible Lozada urged women to not ignore the warning signs and immediately get out of the situation.

My heart goes out to the victim. And I know people, please don't tweet me telling me this happend four years ago get over. It's something that stays with you forever, ok something that stays with you forver. And my main concern is for the victim Iknow she had a baby for him or was pregnant, I just hope that she chose herself first. Honor yourself and do the right thing beacuse if it happens once we all know it's gonna happen again."

While Lozada claims that she has moved on with her life and has forgiven Ochocinco after he apologized numerous times, she is not interested in having him back in her life.
