One of the most important things you can do in order to win your Fantasy Football league is stay on top of your waiver wire. Finding that gem player that no one else knows about can make the difference each and every week.

Here are five players you should consider signing for Week 13.

1. Malcolm Mitchell

The New England Patriots fourth round draft pick is starting to figure out this offense. Malcolm Mitchell had two scores against the New York Jets on Sunday, one against Darrelle Revis for the game-winner. Mitchell now has more receiving touchdowns than Julian Edelman, and with Rob Gronkowski out with a back injury, you can bet Tom Brady will be looking his way more moving forward. Mitchell is averaging 14.6 yards per reception this season.

2. Colin Kaepernick

The San Francisco 49ers are a complete mess right now, but the fact of the matter is Colin Kaepernick is putting up solid numbers. If you’re having quarterback issues heading into Week 13, it may be wise to give Kaepernick a look. Kaepernick and the 49ers take on a Chicago Bears defense that ranks 18th in points allowed, and there’s a good chance he’ll find a way to score you points with his feet as well.

3. Brandon LaFell

Just about all hope has been lost with the Cincinnati Bengals this year, but with A.J. Green now on Injured Reserve, Brandon LaFell’s value increases. LaFell’s receiving yards have increased each of the last four consecutive weeks, and he takes on a suspect Philadelphia Eagles secondary next week. As long as Andy Dalton is throwing the football and Green isn’t on the field, LaFell has value.

4. Anquan Boldin

Remember this guy? Anquan Boldin may be 36 years old, but he’s still finding a way to contribute. Boldin has played a big role in the Detroit Lions’ run to first place in the NFC North division. He had a great game in Week 12 with 69 receiving yards and a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings, who play great defense. Boldin and the Lions offense get a much easier task this upcoming week when they take on the putrid New Orleans Saints defense. Go ahead and take a chance with Boldin.

5. Taylor Gabriel

The Atlanta Falcons have won three of their last four games in large part to their passing game. With Julio Jones constantly getting double teamed, Taylor Gabriel is finding ways to be more involved in this Falcons offense. Gabriel has 271 receiving yards and four touchdowns in his last four games with a catch percentage of over 72 percent.
