After facing sexual assault charges for forcing a kiss to a security guard in Miami, telenovela actor Fernando Carrillo accepts sentence ordered by the judge. Carrillo was arrested back in November 2014 after Beline Castor, a woman who works as a security guard in the building where Carrillo lives in Miami, Fla., accused him of force-kissing her, according to police reports.

In a statement, the Venezuelan star explained that his sentence is of one year of probation, 250 hours of community and a $750 fine that will begin on May 21st, reports TV y Novelas.

Though he accepts the sentence, the "Rosalinda" star states that he's innocent and he never force-kissed Castor. However, "he refuses to give judge Andrew Hague or the American judicial system an opportunity to imprison another Latino," explains the statement. In fact, Carrillo stated that Mr. Hague is racist against Latinos for sentencing him "without any proof or evidence against him."

This isn't the first time that the "María Isabel" actor is in trouble with authorities, he had been arrested back in 1999 for drug possession.
