Less than a week after Manny Pacquiao defeated Chris Algieri in their WBO Welterweight title fight and told the world he wants to fight Floyd Mayweather, “Money” responded by making fun of the Filipino fighter on his Instagram account.

Rather than man up and fight Pacquiao, Mayweather has done nothing but run and make jokes at Pacquiao’s expense for years. It started with a drunken tirade over webcam in which repeatedly insulted Pacquiao calling him “sushi”, to recently telling people through social media and Pacquiao was “broke” and “desperate.”

Mayweather’s latest humorous anecdote at Pacquiao’s expense was a video collaboration of clips of Pacquiao getting knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez. In Pacquiao’s defense, he has fought Marquez four different times, the first fight ending in a draw, the second and third fights Pacquiao won by decision until he was finally knocked out by Marquez in the 4th fight for the first time in 15 years. Unlike Mayweather, Pacquiao would actually fight Marquez despite it being a difficult matchup for him.

We would love to see both boxers stop dodging each other and fighting inferior opponents and get in the ring and settle this once and for all. Mayweather needs to stop mentoring celebrities like Justin Bieber, posting pictures of his sports bets, and his jokes of Pacquiao and actually work on getting this super fight started. Who cares if Marquez knocked out Pacquiao? Put the phone down, step in the ring and knock him out yourself. Enough is enough. Tells us what you think in our poll below.
