Videos that show despair at the Fort Lauderdale airport during the shooting that took place on Friday, January 6, 2017, have been published on Twitter, and the social network users are shocked. The shootout recorded at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida, USA, has left at least five people dead and eight injured. Florida Senator Bill Nelson has identified the shooter as Esteban Santiago, who is now in custody.

A video taken by a witness with his cell phone and obtained by Channel 7, Fox's local branch, showed a person bleeding on the floor of Terminal 2 and others tossed or kneeling. White House exporter Ari Fleisher tweeted that he was at the airport at the time of the shooting: "There are shots, everyone is running," he wrote.

On the video there's a moment when police can be heard ordering everyone to fall to the ground. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Twitter Account was the first one to post something about the incident.

Later on, we saw several different posts including this video of the moment of panic.

Images of Police looking for shooters were pusblished by one of the victims from the floor.

The number of killed people was going up.

Videos about the evacuation started to be televised and everybody panicked.

The Airport Suspended all services.
