Her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, revealed to People what is the mystery behind her amazing body and what’s the secret to maintain youth. "I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing,” Anderson told the magazine, “It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”

The expert also recommends to avoid processed foods and to indulge but in moderation, “everything is fresh, there’s nothing processed – just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day, “ Anderson added, “she is a very balanced person, so she’s not going to miss out on Thanksgiving or a holiday with her children. That’s one of the reasons why the workout is important, and it’s so consistent – so we don’t do any kind of extreme dieting.”

But when Tracy was asked about JLo’s ultimate age defying secret the wellness coach attributed all to inner beauty, “What’s going on inside of us is a really reflection of what’s going on on the outside of us, and she’s very a happy person and that just translates into beauty. She loves life, and loving life is taking care of her body.”
