Cory Monteith was found dead at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver Canada, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The "Glee" star was 31.

The actor checked into the hotel on July 6 and was to check out today at noon time. When he missed his check out time, hotel staff went up to his room on the 21st floor and found him dead.

No word on the cause of his death, but foul play has been ruled out. Drug overdose is suspected to be the cause at the moment.

Monteith had recently voluntarily checking himself into rehab and had successfully completed the program after a month. This was his second stint as he had previously check into rehab at 19.

"Hotel video has been secured as well as room access records. Our investigators have spoken with hotel staff, who are providing the utmost in cooperation," acting Chief Doug LePard said in a statement. "An autopsy is schduled for Monday. The Coroner will be determining the next steps with respect to establishing cause of death, but all indications are that there was no foul play."
