"GTA V" villain and superhero mod arrives to PC. Rockstar

Rockstar Games promised a fall release for "GTA 5" on PC. Now, latest reports have announced that the "GTA 5" PC release date is November 14. What's more, "GTA 5" will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One at the same time. The "GTA 5" release date was leaked by Cool Shop, a UK online retailer that recently listed the GTA 5 PC edition available for pre-order.

“This product has not yet been released. Expected release: Nov. 14, 2014,” the Coolshop listing reads. According to LoadTheGame.com, "GTA 5" will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on the same day. However, speculators suspect that the Nov. 14 release date could merely be a placeholder. Although a fall 2014 release has been confirmed, Rockstar Games has yet to officially confirm a specific date.

“I’m thrilled to announce that Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 will launch this fall,” said Sony Computer Entertainment President and CEO Andrew House making the announcement at E3 2014 last month. In fact, November 14 will fall on a Friday, which is no doubt a very popular day of the week to launch a new game.

Perhaps because of the buzz caused by the leaked "GTA 5" PC release date, Coolshop has reverted its listing to the generic placeholder date of Dec. 31, 2014. We will know in the weeks ahead whether the original November date is the real deal.

No doubt, the "GTA 5" PC, PS4, and Xbox One release will be extremely important for Rockstar Games. In fact, rumors suggest that a special Strip Club DLC update may coincide with the "GTA 5" PC launch. Yesterday, "GTA 5" leaker LazyGamer revealed all-new blueprints for new strip clubs will be joining the Vanilla Unicorn. What's more, the new strip clubs could also only be the start of an extensive map expansion that will take advantage of the more robust processing power of the next-gen PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
