With that in mind, serve up some spooky fun this October 31st with these unique Halloween-inspired cocktails and have your guests screaming with delight.

Ingredients:

  • Miami Club Rum,
  • Luxardo Maraschino
  • Spiced Beet Blood
  • Montenegro Amaro
  • Lime
  • “Death’s Hand” Smoking Ice

Preparation: The drink is meant to be made in a big punch bowl with everything to taste. The "Death's Hand" Smoking Ice is made by pouring water in a glove and freezing it overnight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon passion fruit pulp
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup white wine such as Sauvignon blanc
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 3 shaved jalapeño rings

Preparation: Place all ingredients except jalapeño in a shaker and shake 5-7 times. Pour over ice in a wine glass and add jalapeño slices.

Ingredients:

  • Stoli
  • Busnel Calvados
  • Apple cider
  • Lemon
  • Apple slice

Preparation: Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce grenadine
  • splash of Mountain Dew
  • dry ice chips, for presentation (optional)
  • Note: Always observe dry ice safety measures: Never touch dry ice with bare skin and do not swallow.

Preparation: Pour bourbon, lime juice and grenadine into a shaker over ice.
Shake well and strain into shot glass and drop dry ice chips into shot glass and top with Mountain Dew.

Note: Dry ice chips will sink to the bottom of the shot glass. Do not swallow them, wait till dry ice has evaporated to consume the drink.

Candy Corn Smash by Joel Mesa Bulla Gastrobar

Ingredients:

  • Candy corn smash
  • 1 ½ oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 oz Roasted Sweet Potato Puree
  • 1oz Candy Corn Syrup
  • ¼ oz Napoleon Amontillado Sherry

Preparation: Shake, pour over ice served in Rocks glass, garnish with mini marshmallows.
