Summer is coming to its end, but that doesn't mean the fun stops! In fact, the fun is just about to start in your own kitchen thanks to chef Ana Quincoces' newest dip recipes. Of course, you think dips, and think calories galore, but the all-star chef assures that dipping your favorite foods in savory sauces can also be a healthy experience.

That's why Quincoces shared seven healthy dips she likes to call "Skinny Dips" to get the fiesta started! Her secret ingredient? Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade. From mojo to lemon wine butter dips, get all the recipes below!

1) Mojo Infused Skinny Fondue

What You’ll Need:
• 5 cups vegetable or chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade

What You’ll Do:
- Combine the broth and marinate in saucepan on stovetop and bring to a boil.
- Transfer to fondue pot with heat source on high.

2) Thai Chili Skinny Sauce

What You’ll Need:
• 1/2 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• 1/2 cup prepared sweet Thai chili sauce
• 3 tbsp. water

What You’ll Do:
- Whisk all ingredients together until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to low until it is reduced by half.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.

3) Soy Ginger Brown Sugar Skinny Dip

What You’ll Need:
• 1/2 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1/8 cup no salt chicken or vegetable stock
• 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar

What You’ll Do:
- In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients over medium heat and allow to come to a boil.
- Turn temperature to low and continue simmering until sauce is reduced by a quarter and thickened slightly, then serve.

4) Lemon Wine Butter Skinny Dip

What You’ll Need:
• 1/2 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• Juice of 1/2 a lemon
• 1/4 cup low sodium chicken or vegetable stock
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 3 tbsp. cubed cold butter

What You’ll Do:
- In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Turn temperature to low and continue simmering until sauce is reduced by a quarter and thickened slightly, then serve.

5) Garlic Aioli Skinny Dips

What You’ll Need:
• 1/4 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 finely minced garlic cloves

What You’ll Do:
- Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to use.

6) Chimichurri Skinny Dip

What You’ll Need:
• 1/4 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
• 3 finely minced garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp. Simply Balanced olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

What You’ll Do:
- In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and set aside until ready to use.

7) Skinny BBQ Sauce

What You’ll Need:
• 1/2 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
• 1/2 cup prepared BBQ sauce
• 1/4 cup honey

What You’ll Do:
- Whisk all ingredients together and serve at room temperature.
