1. Is there a right 'time' to wear a bold lip? Anytime is a great time to show off a bold lip as long as you apply the right color that compliments your skin tone.

2. The typical advice when wearing a bold lip is to pair it with a neutral ensemble. Do you think this advice is still valid? It’s all about personal style. If you dare to be bold and rock it with confidence there are no rules.
