Known by the nickname "The Human Ken Doll" due to his resemblance of Barbie's male counterpart, Brazilian born former flight attendant, Rodrigo Alves, just underwent his 59th procedure to continue with his extreme make over, to according to him, "look more feminine."

As reported by The Sun, Alves has had more than nine nose reshapings, lip, cheek and chin fillers, silicone chest and arm implants, eight-pack abs, a bum lift, liposuction, stem cell injections and much more; so far to date he has spent close to $530K.

Rodrigo is also a socialite and is based in London and Marbella. It's very common to see him at the best hot spots. For Halloween, Alves showed off his new hairstyle while partying in Beverly Hills before flying home to Britain. His new blonde bob is also part of the 3,000 follicles transplanted to lower his hairline and make it more girly.

Wearing a tutu and fairy wings, Rodrigo spent his night walking aroung Hollywood Walk of Fame and taking pictures.

The Aesthetic Academy awards show in Los Angeles, California, awarded Rodrigo for being the most inspirational personality of 2016. Alves' first plastic surgery was when he was 19 years old. "It’s been a long journey for me," said the 34-year-old. “I’ve put myself through so much plastic surgery and so much pain and I wish people would give me more credit for my courage, my bravery.

In February 2017, Rodrigo was offered the award for "Most Cosmetic Procedures" by the Guinness World Records. “Male perfection is to me having symmetry. So a chiselled face, broad shoulders, a lean figure, a prominent jaw line, defined abs and a chest in proportion," he added.

"I wasn't born this way I made my self this way and with the help of the best plastic surgeons in the world, healthy life style and anti-ageing therapy I shall never get old, intact as the time passes by I look younger and not older," wrote the Brazilian in his Instagram account.

According to Alves' bio, he owns a Holiday property business in Puerto Banús (Marbella) where he rents all his own apartments and flats to those on vacation, and is currently working on his life style mobile app as well as an autobiography, plus a new documentary TV show about body image and plastic surgery.
