iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016 Red Carpet Photos: Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez In Best & Worst Fashion Moments

The red carpet was rolled out last night at The Forum in Los Angeles to celebrate the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016, hosted by Jason Derulo. 

Some of the hottest names in music polished up and sparkled as they made their way into the arena.

We couldn't wait to see what Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and many other musical acts would wear and they didn't disappoint.

This year the iHeartRadio Music Awards added several categories that recognized our Latino artists. In the Latin Song Of The Year category the following were nominated: “Ay Vamos” by J Balvin, “El Perdón,” by Nicky Jam and Enrique Iglesias, “Hilito” by Romeo Santos, “La Gozadera” by Gente De Zona featuring Marc Anthony as well as “Mi Verdad” by Maná featuring Shakira. In the Latin Artist Of The Year category the following acts  duked it out for the accolade: Enrique Iglesias, J Balvin, Nicky Jam, Pitbull and Prince Royce.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards organizers also recognized Regional Mexican music. In The Regional Mexican Song Of The Year category the following were nominated: "Aunque Ahora Estés Con Él" by Calibre 50, ”Eres Una Niña" by Gerardo Ortiz, ”Levantando Polvadera" by Voz de Mando, ”Mi Vicio Más Grande" by Banda El Recodo de Cruz Lizárraga and "Te Metiste” by Ariel Camacho y Los Plebes del Rancho.

Latinos were also nominated in several other categories like Jennifer Lopez and Selena Gomez scoring nods for being Triple Threats. The girls of Fifth Harmony who are 3/5 Latina, received a nomination in the Best Cover Song category. In this particular case, fans were able to vote for their favorite. The “Work From Home” hitmakers did a cover to “Uptown Funk” from Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars.
