J Balvin has launched his latest single and it's the catchiest tune you'll hear all summer! The Colombian urban star dropped "GINZA," named after his favorite Instagram video filter and also the exclusive city in Tokyo, Japan known for its fashion.
Balvin's single premiered Friday, following his extraordinary night at Premios Juventud where he nabbed El Súper Tour (The Super Tour) award with colleagues Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias. What's more remarkable is that the vibrant track debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes sales in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico, Peru and his native country Colombia.
"With 'Ginza,' I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and risk a new sound to the world," Balvin said in a statement. "Reinvent myself and explore new ideas for Latin music, constantly."
The official music video will premiere Tuesday, July 22nd. The "6 AM" singer is also embarking a U.S. tour in the fall. The complete schedule can be found below, followed by "GINZA."
