Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have reportedly reach a divorce settlement after their divorce battle of over than a year.
A Los Angeles judge, according to USA Today, has approved of the divorce settlement and the two will officially be divorced once the papers are drawn and signed by both parties.
TMZ reports that Humphries will get no money from Kim Kardashian--the basketball player has previously asked for $7 million--and each party will pay their own attorney fees.
What's more, TMZ has stated that Humphries has dropped his demand of an annulment as well. New York Daily News has state that Humphries was hoping to take his divorce to court on May 6 to get his marriage annulled but changed his plan after realizing he would have to miss games. Humphries supposedly tried to get an annulment on the claim that the marriage was fraud and that Kardashian married him for the purpose of her reality TV show, reports FOX news.
Humphries was also reportedly going to receive a penalty for not showing up for court last week when Kardashian asked the court to "just drop it".
Kardashian and Humphries were married for 72 days. Kardashian is currently in a relationship with rapper Kanye West and is pregnant with his child.
