The stars are aligning for music's newest bash on Telemundo, the Latin American Music Awards 2015! More performers have been confirmed for the inaugural ceremony that will award the best in our Latin music scene. Colombian hottie Maluma is hopefully ready to take off his shirt at the Dolby Theatre stage when he goes up to sing his latest single, "Borro Cassette." The boys of CD9 who have become a phenomenom in México will officially make their debut to U.S. audiences when they hit the stage. Jencarlos Canela continues to make a push for his singing career at the Latin AMAs as one of the other musical acts confirmed. Other artists set to make a splash include Yandel, Natalie La Rose, Luis Coronel and previous announced Gloria Trevi, Gerardo Ortiz and Il Volo.

One of the categories everyone will be looking out for is New Artist Of The Year where Chiquis Rivera, J Balvin, Maluma and Remmy Valenzuela compete against each other. In the Artist Of The Year category Calibre 50, Enrique Iglesias, Julión Alvarez, Nicky Jam and Romeo Santos will duke it out. As Single Of The Year these are the jams that will be competing for the accolade: "Ay Vamos" by J Balvin, "Contigo" by Calibre 50, "El Perdón" by Nicki Jam and Enrique Iglesias, "Hilito" by Romeo Santos and "Fanatica Sensual" by Plan B. Another highly competitive category is the Album Of The Year where the following are nominated: "A Quien Quiera Escuchar" by Ricky Martin, "Cama Incendiada" by Maná, "Hoy Más Fuerte" by Gerardo Ortiz, "Los Dúo" by Juan Gabriel and "Mis Número 1" by Juan Gabriel. The Latin American Music Awards will take place on Thursday, October 8 live from Hollywood starting at 9pm ET/PT on Telemundo. Who are you most excited to see perform and win?
