The Legend of Korra
"Legend of Korra" creator reveals Korrasami artwork. Nickelodeon

"Legend of Korra" co-creator Bryan Konietzko has released some very romantic "Korrasami" artwork. He has also revealed that the artwork will be sold and the proceeds will go to LGBTQ suicide prevention.

Konietzko will be showing the Korra and Asami artwork at the "The Legend of Korra," "Avatar: The Last Airbender" Tribute Exhibition at Gallery Nucleus. Comicbook.com reports that the art will be sold as an exclusive print at the exhibition, and Konietzko will donate the entirety of his proceeds to an LGBTQ suicide prevention hotline.

Shippers have been in full support of the Korrasami relationship since it was rumored at the beginning of "The Legend of Korra" season four. Although many thought it would never be showcased as the show had such a young demographic. Well we were all extremely surprised during the shows final episode with the implication that Korra and Asami were entering into a deeper relationship and even more surprised when the creators actually confirmed our suspicions.

Here's the full piece, plus a little commentary from Konietzko about it that he posted on Tumblr:

"As for this piece, I used and modified Emily Tetri's production painting of Harmony Tower (designed by Lee Jung-Su). Otherwise, I drew and painted the rest of it. I based the turtle-duck boats on the charming swan boats I saw while visiting Ueno Park in Tokyo."

If you'd like a copy of the artwork for yourself you'll have to attend the gallery in person. "The Legend of Korra" "Avatar: The Last Airbender" Tribute Exhibition takes place March 7.
