Marc Anthony's Mother Dies: Singer Confirms The Death Of Guillermina Quiñones After Hospitalization

The mother of Puerto Rican singer Marc Anthony has unfortunately lost her life after having been hospitalized in Puerto Rico. To date, the cause of the death of Guillermina Quiñones is unknown, but the same singer in previous occasions had requested the prayers of his fanatics, since his mother of found in delicate conditions.

“Vivir Mi Vida” singer later announced his mom’s shocking demise, describing her as an "angel" and "hero."

According to Univision, Quiñones was hospitalized in Puerto Rico, and Anthony had been visiting her regularly. The family has no plans to hold any public event due to the death of Mrs. Guillermina Quiñones, according to sources close to the artist. Marc Anthony is the seventh and youngest son of Guillermina. The singer is currently on his Full Circle tour, but his team has not announced the cancellation of any of his upcoming shows.

The father of Jennifer Lopez twins, Max and Emme, has not said whether or not the kids will be attending the wake of Anthony’s mother. IBT reported (via US Weekly) that in 2016, the singer admitted that he regrets not being able to spend as much time with his twins. “The one regret would be that what I chose to do took so much of my time. What I would have done to have been a stay at home dad, and, you know, witnessed every second of everything. I would have loved that. Didn’t work out that way.” Anthony also has two sons from his previous marriage to beauty queen Dayanara Torres.
