The song is all about a renovation, clearly brought back by Miley’s beau Liam Hemsworth as we can guess when she sings: “I never came to the beach or stood by the ocean, I never sat by the shore under the sun with my feet in the sand, But you brought me here.”

With this truly beautiful lyrics the controversial former Country star, give us a little taste of what’s coming on her new material that promises to be really personal and probably will take her to her roots since she’s feeling a little guilty about her past ultimately.

As exposed on Elle  after announcing the single just last week, Cyrus released "Malibu" this morning—a song she told Billboard magazine is about her fiancé Liam Hemsworth. "They're going to talk about me if I come out of a restaurant with Liam," she said of why she wrote it about him. "So why not put the power back in my relationship and say, 'This is how I feel'?"

Her new single tells such a personal story, about the growth and transformation that's taken place in her life thanks to Hemsworth. When there are things in life that she can't comprehend, he is there to reassure her, as Bustle expressed.

Her forthcoming album due for release later this year is already one of the most expected ones. In the meantime, enjoy this video and tell us what you think!
