A South Florida women is heading to prison for committing one of the most unthinkable crimes- fleeing a botched surgery that left a man's penis mutilated.

According to the Miami Herald, 39-year-old Nery Carvajal Gonzalez pleaded guilty on Wednesday for her role in two-penis enhancement procedures gone wrong that took place inside a Hialeah warehouse in 2014 and 2015.

Gonzalez encouraged an unidentified victim in his mid-50s, a man she used to give facials to undergo the illegal cosmetic procedure. In early 2014, the site reports that Gonzalez, who is not a doctor, injected an "illegally obtained" substance into the man's butt.

A month later, she injected him for a "chin fill," Gonzalez admitted in court documents released on Wednesday.

One month later, Gonzalez performed the penis enhancement on the man. He suffered extreme pain and “the inability to have an erection.”

Out of “fear and embarrassment,” the man continued to get treatment from Gonzalez for the next year in an “attempt to repair the damaged penis.”

After all her efforts, Gonzalez turne dthings over to Mark Schreiber, a doctor with a questionable reputation to help repair the damage. The second surgery that was performed with her present, took place in the Hialeah warehouse and turned out to be another failure according to police officials.

"The victim’s penis looked mutilated and was missing skin and was raw and swollen,” according to court documents. “The penis also had retracted in size and was very small.”

The prosecutors reveal that Schreiber's remedy after the procedure was for the man to tie two popsicle sticks to his oenis to keep it straight while it healed.

Gonzalez could have faced between 93 months to 35 years in prison had she lost at trial but she struck a deal. Under the plea agreement, Gonzalez must serve three years of probation and testify against Schreiber.

Schreiber who has a history of botched plastic surgeries, surrendered his medical license years ago and also served two years in prison for practicing medicine without a license. he is currently behind bars as he waits for his day in court.
