Yesterday Nintendo held an all-new Direct broadcast which revealed tons of new gaming information including an upcoming DLC for "Mario Kart 8," Amiibo news and a "Legend of Zelda" re-release for the 3DS.

The biggest news to come out of the Direct broadcast is obviously the re-release of "Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D." This is a remake of the fan favorite N64 game of the same title. The games producer Eiji Aonuma has been hinting at the game coming in the past and was even referenced in A Link Between Worlds. The second biggest news was about "Mario Kart 8."

A release date for the titles next DLC was revealed to be coming next week Nov. 13. The pack includes new racers and a fitting 8 new tracks, which includes an Excitebike inspired track plus a "Legend of Zelda" themed pack dubbed Hyrule Circuit. The DLC will also upgrade the title to 3.0 which adds support for Amiibos. Furthermore Nintendo revealed the Amiibo support in "Mario Kart 8" will unlock detailed racing suits for your personal Miis. Each racing suit will will be based on its respective Amiibo. Initially the Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Samus, Link, Kirby, Fox and Donkey Kong suits will be available with the Luigi and Captain Falcon suits coming December.

Some Amiibo functionality with "Hyrule Warriors" was also outlined. In the broadcast we seen that the Link character unlocks the spinner weapon from Twilight Princess when used with the title. Even more it was announced that each Amiibo figure compatible with "Super Smash Bros." Wii U will also work with "Hyrule Warriors."

A lot more was revealed as well such as "Captain Toad Treasure Tracker" levels, "Ultimate NES Remix," "Duck Hunt Dog," "Pikmin" and much more! If you missed the Nintendo Direct broadcast check it out below:
