'Nuestra Belleza Latina' 2014 Gala 7
The competition heats up on 'Nuestra Belleza Latina' as one more beauty queen leaves the mansion. Find out who left and who will guest star next week. Univision

The competition of "Nuestra Belleza Latina" continues to get fierce as less and less girls remain in the mansion. Last week Gabriela Alvarez from Venezuela was eliminated from the Univision reality show and this seventh gala one more would say goodbye to the race. The night started out with Jencarlos Canela turning up the heat singing his two hits, "Amor, Quédate" and "I Love It" surrounded by the seven Latin beauties remaining. This week’s "Jomariterapia" concerned Valeria Moreno’s return to the mansion, and the reactions weren’t long in coming. Meanwhile, we’re heading into this season’s final weeks, and last night Alejandra and Chiqui announced a change in the rules: the girls will be evaluated individually and not as a team.

This week, Nabila was the girl who won the ‘Queen Room,’ but her stay there was no fun at all: she says there are ghosts there. Alina was the winner of the $10,000 Garnier challenge. The finalists had to work up their courage in order to pose for the camera in a challenge that consisted of smiling from inside a coffin while rats, roaches, worms and other such critters crawled all over them. Some, like Prissila and Nabila, refused to do it, while others showed just how brave they were. The girls with the lowest vote totals, Aleyda, María Elena and Aly, went directly to the judges’ line. With 3% support from the audience, María Elena was the girl who was left at risk of elimination. Aleyda poured her heart out to the audience, telling how she suffered from being overweight as a child and about all the obstacles she had to overcome to get to where she is. The Puerto Rican broke down in tears and Lupita congratulated her on her bravery saying: “Your colleagues say you’re a queen; we all have a queen inside of us.”

Larry Hernández added extra style to the seven Latin beauties’ fashion parade, while Fanny Lu and Joey Montana added extra Latin flavor to the swimsuit parade. The jury decided that, because of their attitude, Nabila Tapia and Prissila Sánchez were to join María Elena in being at risk of elimination. Then each of the girls gave her opinion about whether Nabila or Prissila should be the one to go. The Dominican was in luck, since the judges rescued her from the danger zone, and the two Mexicans remained in danger. Osmel, Lupita and Jencarlos decided to stick with fighter María Elena and said goodbye to Prissila Sánchez. "I got to know a production team with great professionalism. I would like to tell my grandparents that I love them and that they will always be the engine and the gasoline that make my life run," were Prissila’s words as she said goodbye to all those who supported her. Next Sunday, "Nuestra Belleza Latina" when the group 3BallMTY and the popular duo Jesse y Joy will be stopping by to add some color to the gala.
