Tonight "Once Upon a Time" returns for its midseason premiere titled, "Souls of the Departed." With this being the fairytale dramas 100th episode the showrunners are pulling out all the stops.
The synopsis for episode 12, "Souls of the Departed," reads: "Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Regina (Lana Parrilla), Mary Margaret (Ginnfer Goodwin), David (Josh Dallas), Robin (Sean Maguire), Henry (Jared Gilmore) and Gold (Robert Carlyle) arrive in the Underworld, on a mission to rescue Hook, only to discover that their search will be more difficult than they had anticipated. The inhabitants of the Underworld - all souls with unfinished business and many with quite personal vendettas - hound our heroes at every turn. Meanwhile, in an Enchanted Forest flashback, a familiar face from the Evil Queen's past returns to present Regina with the perfect birthday gift, on the 100th episode."
Furthermore, ABC has released a few sneak peek clips showcasing the 100th episode. In the first clip we see Mary Margaret at the underworld version of Granny's Diner browsing for info on Hook when she is interrupted by a long lost stranger. In the second video we go back to the Enchanted Forest where Regina is still on the search for Snow White. Check out both videos below:
"Once Upon a Time," "Souls of the Departed" will air Sunday, March 6 starting at 8:00 p.m. EDT on ABC and will be available the next day on abc.com, iTunes, Hulu, Amazon and more. ABC does offer a live stream service via its website so if you do not own a TV you can view your favorite programs on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
