'Orange Is The New Black' Cast Update: Blair Brown As New Female Guard? Pornstache's Mom Is Mary Steenburgen [REPORT]

As we've already reported earlier this month, George "Pornstache" Mendez will not appear in "Orange is the New Black" Season 3. As we know, Pornstache has been suspended after he was caught having sex with Daya Diaz in the supply closet. However, you'll be silly to believe this is the last you'll hear about the disgusting crooked corrections officer.

According to the latest round of "OITNB" casting rumors, Mary Steenburgen is set to play Pornstache's mom. While Momstache's role in Season 3 is unknown, we expect a lot of development between her, Daya Diaz, and probably a baby as well. Even though Daya's baby belongs to John Bennet, the affair will obviously be kept secret. Since it was Pornstache that was caught with his pants down, Pornstache's mom, as well as the prison, will assume the baby as his. How will Bennet handle this? When will the truth of Bennet and Daya come to light? Will Momstache be the one to take care of the baby?

Meanwhile, despite Pornstache's absence in "Orange is the New Black" Season 3, we expect to learn at least a little bit of his back story from his mother. It would be interesting to look into Pornstache's past and his encounters with drugs and sex.

Mary Steenburgen's character isn't the only new addition to the "Orange is the New Black" cast. According to the latest, Blair Brown, famous for her incredible role as Nina Sharp in "Fringe," will be joining "Orange is the New Black" for Season 3 as well. Given Pornstache's suspension, it's time to bring a new guard to Litchfield. Nobody could be worse to the girls than Pornstache, right? Right? From Blair Brown's performance as the devious Nina Sharp, we may have a new villain on our hands.
