A gay kiss on television is not anything out of this world in U.S. television networks, but in México it's not something that is particularly well viewed especially on Televisa telenovelas. Back in 2014, they banned a gay kiss on "Que Pobres Tan Ricos" as it was a "family" show and that was not apt for younger audiences. Three years later, the same production behind that comedy is now back with a storyline between two men on "Papá A Toda Madre," the series starring Sebastián Rulli and Maite Perroni.

The series centers on a group of men as they explore fatherhood. To the cul-de-sac, a gay couple played by Raúl Coronado and Andrés Zuno will move in and open everyone's mind. Something that has been creating buzz on social media is that the characters will be married and as such, will be sharing kisses as any normal couple would do to show affection to one another. The different characters in the comedy will react to it differently and bring light to this topic in an effort to normalize same-sex couples.
