Hoopa
Mystical Pokemon Hoopa. Nintendo

Nintendo recently revealed a brand new Pokémon by the name of Hoopa. This is the first Pokémon of its kind to use both Psychic-type and Ghost-type moves. The mystical 'mon will be available for "Pokémon Omega Ruby" and "Alpha Sapphire" but is said to be hard to capture.

Categorized as a Mischief Pokémon, Hoopa had golden rings around its horns and body. These are said to “have the power to bend dimensions” and move objects across great distances.

A new trailer featuring Hoopa is below. More information on how to obtain the Pokémon will be made available soon through Pokémon social media channels and the Pokémon website.

Meanwhile Serebii's website has revealed gamers can expect more details regarding the Pokémon fighting game "Pokkén Tournament" Jan. 23 within the Weekly Famitsu Featuring online series on NicoNico. What's to be shown is still unknown but my money says we'll be introduced to more fighters.

The site also revealed that Japanese gamers who own "ORAS" will have access to Embroar with the hidden ability Reckless. This distribution is obtained through a shared Serial Code which was given away with Pokémon Get TV last week. In addition to that, the event that offers a Samurott with its Hidden Ability of Shell Armor, also unavailable before today, has also begun. This distribution is obtained via a shared Serial Code which was given away in today's issue of CoroCoro. Unfortunately there is no international release date yet.
