Fans are in for a treat as more news regarding "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" will be announced next week, IGN reports.

Pokémon director, Junichi Masuda, made the announcement saying the information would be revealed Tuesday, May 10. In a Twitter post, Masuda said the studio will discuss this year's entries in the series "around 21:00 JST," which is 5 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. ET / 1 p.m. BST.

Aside from the short teaser video seen in the Pokémon 20th anniversary trailer, not much else has been revealed about the titles. We do know the games are scheduled to release Holiday 2016 for the Nintendo 3DS console. We also know "Pokémon Sun and Moon" is the first entry in the series to be available in Chinese, both Simplified and Traditional.

Additionally, the games will come with the Pokémon Bank feature which allows players to move Pokémon wirelessly from "Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow" as well as "Omega Ruby," "Alpha Sapphire," "X" and "Y" to "Pokémon Sun and Moon."

It is rumored that viewers will see the mascot legendary Pokémon for the game, as well as the new starter Pokémon. Many are speculating Nintendo will also reveal some of the new features coming to the games. Based on concept art seen in the teaser, fans believe "Pokémon Sun and Moon" will allow players to drive in-game for the first time.

Other rumors suggest the games will feature more than one region for players to explore and capture Pokémon. In the teaser trailer we first view all the main title Pokémon and the games they are associated with plus the year it was released. Then the trailer states "it all comes together in 2016." While this could mean a lot of things, some fans have speculated that the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" games will feature all previous regions from past games or more than one region.

Whatever the case may be, we will have to wait until Tuesday, May 10, to find out what will be announced. Until then check out the teaser video below:
