A new video has arrived that showcases a ton of information for the forthcoming title "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon." In the video we learn what the game's three starter Pokémon are, what the new region is called and when the game will finally arrive to Nintendo handheld consoles.

The three starting Pokémon are Rowlet, Litten and Popplio. Rowlet is a grass and flying type own Pokémon, Litten is a fire-type feline and Popplio is a water type that looks like a cross between a seal and a clown.

As for the region, It is named Alola and looks quite similar to the state of Hawaii. It is far more tropical than the previous regions in the Pokémon franchise such as "Pokémon X and Y's" Kalos region.

The video also shows us a glimpse of the game's map, a new city area which looks similar to "X and Y's" Lumiose City and a older bare chested man named Kukui who seems to be the players new Professor Oak equivalent.

Check out the all-new video below:

There are also brief shots of attacks from the game's two cover art legendaries, a lion and bat-like creatures respectively.

At the end of the video you'll notice a brief shot from the game's two cover art legendaries, which show a lion type creature and a bat-like Pokémon. We have yet to learn the name or any details regarding the two legendaries, but we're sure to hear more in the coming months.

As for the release date, "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" will be released on Nov. 18, 2016.

Meanwhile, The Pokémon Company has also released a cute Japanese commercial which shows how the games bring people together, even across language barriers. An interesting takeaway from the video is that players can now change their characters skin tone in order to better match themselves. Check out the commercial below:
