The first resources women should take advantage of is the websites “Early Detection Plan” which helps you easily plan a guide to ensure breast health, the plan syncs up to an app on your cell phone and provides tips and facts about self-breast exams, clinical breast exams and also mammograms. In addition, the foundation has created “Beyond the Shock” which is a free, comprehensive, online guide to understanding breast cancer. It is a go-to resource for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, additionally it serves as a place where friends and family of those suffering can get a better understanding of the disease and proper course of treatment and support.
