Premios Tu Mundo 2014 is a couple days ago and we have all the details on what we can expect from the summer bash. Hosted by Aaron Díaz and Gaby Espino, the show awards the best in telenovelas, music and pop culture. Following a major contract with Telemundo, Lucero will make her triumphant debut on the network. The "Soy Tu Dueña" actress will perform on the American Airlines Arena stage and announce her hosting duties on the upcoming talent search show "Yo Soy El Artista." Other performers include international super stars like Juanes, Olga Tañon, David Bisbal and La Ley. Joining the star-studded award show are Alexis & Fido, Yandel, El General Gadiel, Elvis Crespo, Gabriel Coronal, Gerardo Ortiz, Los Tucanas de Tijuana and "La Voz Kids" coach Natalia Jimenez. The fun will air live from Miami on Thursday, August 21st at 8pm/7c on Telemundo.
One of the most popular categories of the night is the award that goes to Telenovela of The Year. All of the Telemundo original productions have been nominated. The accolade will be contended between "Camelia La Texana," "El Señor De Los Cielos 2," "La Impostora," "Santa Diabla," "Dama y Obrero," "En Otra Piel" and "Marido En Alquiler." In the Male Lead Actor category Aaron Díaz, Erik Hayser, José Luis Resendez, Rafael Amaya, David Chocarro, Jorge Luis Pila, Juan Soler and Sebastián Zurita will all be fighting for your votes to take home the prize. The ladies will also have a shot of winning an award with Carmen Villalobos, Laura Flores, María Elisa Camargo, Sonya Smith, Gaby Espino, Lisette Morelos, Sara Maldonado and Ximena Herrera.
