Some might think protests are useless, but other hopeful young souls, who have nothing better to do, thought they’d give it a try. The issue was, Bolivian network, Unitel, switched the popular cartoon show, “The Simpsons” to another time slot and this displeased the youth from cities like La Paz, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba, (oh yes, this wasn’t just a small town thing, it was all over the country.) The funny thing is, these protests didn’t just work, they got even more than what they were asking for! Unitel is bringing “The Simpsons” back to its original timeslot for two whole hours, instead of 45 minutes!
